Happy H{ippity} Hop - January 24

This is my card for part 3 of {ippity}'s January 2011 Challenge, check out part 4 and the rest of the Blog Roll for today's hop, here.

I used a new technique I learned on StampTV, here, where you use Spellbinder's Fancy Tags to create a frame.  Needless to say when I saw the inspiration photo, after watching Gina K's tutorial the chandelier from Regal Greetings came to mind.

Happy H{ippity} Hop - August 23, 2010

The next two cards are cards (#6 and 7) I made for Traci at He IS Able
The inside is from "Devoted."
I mainly used the paper from October Afternoon (from the Spring release).  The first, patterned paper was used as the grass.  I cut apart blossoms from Doodlebug flower ribbon and added jewels to the tree.  For the second card I used a paper doily to accent the image.  The images for both were taken from the "What Matters Most" kit and the sentiment for the inside of the second was from "Devoted."

Happy H{ippity} Hop - August 16, 2010

It's been awhile.  I have been busy both creating and working.  A friend (I made on SCS) asked me to help her out.  She wanted to start a Faith Inspired Blog (with a twist).  On her blog she gives hand made cards (almost daily).  It really is a beautiful place to visit.  It is called He IS Able.
These cards were part of a set of 10 I sent to Traci at He IS Able.
Both cards were made with "scraps" left over from previous projects.  The flower image on the second was made with a (now) retired Stampin' Up set, Definitely Decorative Daisy.  I don't remember what ink I used to make it, it was an extra image I had.  The sentiments on both cards were from {ippity}'s What Matters Most.
Check out JenMarie's blog, she's next on the Hop.  : )

HAPPY H{IPPITY} HOP MONDAY! - April 26

This is a 4x6 layout.  You guessed it, for a swap.  I used the heart stamp from Because of You to make the flower.  Here's a close up of the flower:
This layout is for the second spot.  I used the birds from What Matters Most and the cattails from Where You Should Be.  Here's a close up of the tag:

HAPPY H{IPPITY} HOP MONDAY! April 19, 2010

I am in a monthly card kit swap (on SCS) and May is my month to be hostess.  I have to send a set of 6 (all the same) images and 6 pieces of patterned paper (4x6) to the ladies in my group and they create a card (actually it's 6 identical cards) and send it to everyone in the group.  I can't take credit for this layout, one of the ladies in my blogging group made this card (click to visit), and I thought it was the cutest!  So this is my version using the stamp from What Matters Most.  The sentiment is from Because of You.
Stamps: Because of You, What Matters Most
Ink: Memento Ink - Tuxedo Black
Paper: KI Memories-Colorful Disco Fever, DCWV - Sky Paper
Misc: Bic and Sharpie Permanent Markers, scrap ribbon, paper piercer
Thanks for looking!
Make sure you stop by Chrissy's Blog , she's next on the hop!

HAPPY {IPPITY} HOP MONDAY!! MARCH 14, 2010

I'm addicted to Swaps on Splitcoast Stampers.  One of the swaps I sign-up for is a Christian Tag Swap.  Not only did you have to make the front pretty, but you had to decorate the back also.  The "What Matters Most" kit was perfect for this project.

Here are some close-ups of the front:

Here's the back:
